Founder & Managing Director

Mr Zhuang earned his economic bachelor degree from Zhejiang University and Master of Business Administration from Shanghai University.

Zhuang has over 20 years of experience in fund management. Prior to founding Hashbase Asset, he served as a public FoF (Fund of Funds) manager in mainland China, where he managed over RMB 300 million and delivered strong performance.

Liang Li, Lily

RO & Chief Risk Officer

Ms Liang earned his bachelor degree from Anhui University, and have more than 20 years working experience in asset management industry.

She previously worked as the chief risk officer at Jiuyue Private Fund Management Limited, Operation Manager at Guotai Yuanxin Asset Management Limited. Also she was the manager of the operation management department at WangWang Group Shanghai Headquarters.

New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme

The "New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme" has begun accepting applications. Approved applicants can come to Hong Kong with their dependents (including their spouse and unmarried and dependent children under 18 years old), and must invest a net value of at least HK$30 million (or the equivalent in foreign currency) in permitted investment assets. If you have ordinarily resided in Hong Kong continuously for not less than seven years, you can apply to become a permanent resident of Hong Kong in accordance with the law.

Hashbase Asset provides the "New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme" agency service. Customers can authorize our company's investment immigration team, and we will have a dedicated person submit the relevant application to the Immigration Department on your behalf. In addition, Hashbase Asset also has investment plan to customize suitable investment portfolios for customers of the "New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme" in order to maximize customers' interests and meet their needs.
